I missed a friendly talk thread here and thought it would be a good idea to talk about all the things we like
![]() And I'll like to talk about my last night... I had some bad, weird dreams but I don't remember what happens in them. I woke up and have the image from Chris in my mind. He smiles at me and said "No need to worry. Everything is allright." I don't know how to describe it...but I knew that I was safe and that there was nothing that could harm me...after that I fell asleep again until my alarm clock rings. Seem like I have my own Doctor that protects me ![]() Greetings Tanja Do or do not. There is no try.

RE: Little Hulton Café
Well, I don't know if this sounds a bit weird, but I recall a time not too long ago waking up from a bad dream, and imagining the Doctor protecting me, and it really made me feel safe.
I often have these particularly strange dreams, I tried to research them and figure out what they are, but I still don't know. They always happen right after I fall asleep, and, even if the content of the dream isn't really that scary, I always have this overwhelming feeling of fear. I've learned to wake myself up when this happens, but as soon as I fall asleep it happens again, and I end up being tired the next morning. In a normal sleep cycle, a person should not enter REM sleep (the sleep during which you dream) for about 2 hours, until you have already had a period of deep sleep. However, these dreams occur within the first 30-40 minutes after I fall asleep. This has been disturbing me for years, and I think it has something to do with my mind still being very active and awake desipte my body being tired enough to fall asleep. But I wish I could get some more information about it, and learn what I can do to prevent them. Anyways... yes, Chris' smile all on it's own is a comfort. I don't care if it's strange that I think about him protecting me

Hi Adele.
I know this problem because I had the same many years ago. If you like, I send you some music that will help you to relax and sleep well and deep. Just let me know your email adress and I send it to you. Adele Wrote:I don't care if it's strange that I think about him protecting me Absolute indeed! Do or do not. There is no try.

RE: Little Hulton Café
I had these weird dreams when I was a student and I tried to figure out what they meant. On this way I found a book of an american psychologist (hope, this is correct) who said that it does not matter what happens in a dream, the important thing is how you feel. You can dream of something horrible and feel well and relaxed or you can dream about a wonderful bunch of flowers and feel horrified.
I had a dream diary that time (I have diaries about everything, it's kind of an obsession ) and when I seperated from my boy-friend that time these dreams vanished from one day to the other. Somebody said that dreaming is like rebooting the brain and we should listen to them. They can help us in our everyday-life and I found out that there is a lot of truth in that. Oh ... by the way ... "Waiter - I would like to have one of these banana coffees. It's cold outside, something hot would be welcome"
"My bony face is like a car crash. I haven't got good looks, just weird looks, enough to frighten the fiercest monster." (Chris about Chris, taken from IMDB) |
