RE: Shallow Grave
Shallow Grave ("Petits meurtres entre amis" that means "Little murders with friends" in french) is a cult movie, here, in France.

It's a very scary but also very funny movie !

It's one of the best Chris's movies.

And it revealed Ewan McGregor to the public, and also Danny Boyle. After that, he made "Transpoting", "The Beach", "28 days later" (also with our dear Chris), "Slumdog Millionaire" ...

RE: Shallow Grave
Got the Special edition DVD when Tanja was over earlier on in the year in London.

Certainly an interesting character, going from the shy retiring type to full blown psychotic. Thou the story seems completely implausible when you think about it. When you find a dead guy you automatically call for ambulance/police not shop him up and bury him in the woods LOL. But add's to the slight comedic factor to it thou probably not intended.

According to one of the dvd extra's B-Roll film the audience first reaction to it at the film festival was pretty shocking. It didn't receive much in the way of positive reactions but it's a good classic of Danny Boyle's and you can see the same over again in his works.

Ending was very good I thought. Great twist. And when Chris's character's corpse at the end follow the camera angle was a bit spooky. Thou how cold he must of been on that slab and then been put into the cold storage, poor guy.

Highlight, Chris running down the stairs in a t-shirt and tighty whities.

Dang, I'm going to have to watch this one just for the tightie whitie shot! I just want to see it because Chris wears glasses. Me and my weird glasses fetish. Blush

Now if only Netflix would carry it.

Don't blink or you would miss it. Not a very long scene. But there is a shower scene which is just as nice :p
